Bandcamp of the Week: Infinite Scale

In an atempt to find something close to the godly Massive Attack vs Burial EP from last year I stumbled upon U.K.'s Infinite Scale.

Sparse, soothing, blissful electronica that sometimes sounds like a film score, sometimes not. I don't know what the hell you call this stuff, but I love it. Real big fan of Ad Infinitum.

You definitely need to get Burial's discography, especially Untrue and the Kindred and Street Halo EPs, all amazing. Also, listen to Fatima Al Qadiri's just-released Desert Strike EP, which is pretty stunning too and you can stream free from here (seriously listen to the whole thing): http://soundcloud.com/fadetomind/sets/fatima-al-qadiri-desert-strike

Yeah man! I was really hesitant to check out other Burial but I've come to love Kindred and the S/T. Still haven't gotten into Untrue or found Street Halo yet, but I'm excited. Thanks for the rec on Fatima... I'll be sure to check that out.

Really was surprised with the quality of Infinite Scale.

I definitely liked what I heard of Infinite Scale, I'll have to delve into it a lot deeper.
